I sent documents thru ordinary post. It never reaches them. obiviously some employee at their end throwing them in dust bin or selling it off to radiwalla. They send cheque by courier , their courier return back envelop to them saying addresse not found. They managment of Tata AIA wants ECS mandated twice 1 for incoming of funds & 2nd copy for outgoing of funds .
