While addressing his campaign staff after his reelection as President, OBAMA became emotional and even wept acknowledging their incessant struggle to be the key factor in his victory. This brought out the HUMANE SIDE of his personality so easily and clearly (Obama has been known to display an icy-cool disposition during his 4 years of Presidency - 2008-2012) that made his staff react immediately and positively mentioning the victory was due to his record, imagination and perseverance. His emotional IQ spontaneously earned him not just praise but loyalty that he badly needs in his much more challenging second term ahead. He has set his foot firmly on the first rung of the ladder (for his second Innings) with self-confidence by just this display.
