he is targeting to make service tax from the subscribtions approximately in a country of 125 crores 10 crores STB requried and 200 minimum charges service tax on 200 rs is 24 rs per month.10 crores*24rs per month is 240 crores and annualy it is 3000 crores.no one is understanding the logic
