I was about to have the worst online shopping experience when I was about to buy a ruby diamond pendant (Rs. 9600) in one of the third-party seller website. It just happened to me that i visited the official seller's site and I discovered the price for the same pendant was available for Rs. 7614 plus Rs. 1000 discount for purchase above Rs. 4000, so it ultimately came to 6512.49 (with tax) and I had to swallow my own breath for saving the difference!!!

First of all, Ruby is not diamond! Secondly, anybody who sells ornaments with precious stones below Rs 4000 (possible, as they say discount of 1000 for items above 4000) could be selling cheap fake stones and fake Gold. Add to that 1000 rs discount on pendant worth 7600/- which is unrealistic. Overall, you still got duped. Stick to well known Jewellers if you are not an expert in the item you are buying.
