Only a stupid CEO makes his company dependent on another company in such a way that it remains with no escape route to maneuver. Sanjay made Motorola totally dependent on Android. He chose Android when no one wanted to touch it with so much incentive offered by Google to others. Android was dying with a single HTC device with Tmobile for two years and the device wasn't selling even being free. Motorola for some wierd reason caught the bait from google in desparation to survive. Motorola was under assault by Apple and BB on highend phones, LG and Samsung on low end phones. And result of android dependence was that there was no way left for Motorola Mobility to survive without being bought by Google since they became a one phone company! So much for screwing a company that invented the mobile phone!. Google guys are smart so they got rid of the CEO who made his company disappear. But don't cry for Jha - he has made millions at the expense of shareholders, and doesn't need to work any more.
