Vaidyanathan, ex-Executive Director of ICICI Bank jeopardised his stable career by crossing over to Future Generali. Within months after his joining Future Generali, the company began collapsing as the business could not take off successfully. Don't know what happened to Vaidyanathan after I last heard of him.

Think of the No Uno first and the rest will follow. Kishore Biyani made a mistake of projecting his 'FUTURE' but clearly missed out on his NOW. First Pantaloons, then future capital with talks of Big bazaar already in the market. What next? Apna Bazaar, E Zone, Home Town .......... One more lesson or chapter to be added for the MBA institutions.
