I don't understand why postal department should involve in things which are suppossed to done by financial institution, they have post office savings schemes etc. if post office employees don't have enough work move to other departments. Anyway very few people are using govt postal facilities now adays.
a foolproof UID scheme is the essential requirement for providing any sort of services, catering to lower middle, poorer class and less literate citizens of the country.
