It is not only the hotel industry which needs such checks rather all services especially related to the common man need such quality assurers may be whetuer it is air, rail or bus tavel or hospitals,police stations, post offices and bannks etc.

Why govt./ Media is not doing such checks for railway patries for checking quality of food & service and cleaniness at rly.stn
