declare the whole stretch of land as out of bounds for any economic activity, except for regefrations - - no exceptions, no special committes, no special considerations...just don't allow anyone to lay his footprint there...
A great victory for an environmental activist and all ecologh lovers. Indiscriminate urbanization and callous attitude is the main culprit for environmental degradation. Let's hope the Executive, MoEF will respect the Court decision.
No time for it man. Its always action and reaction game here. Royal roads, can't be cheaper than them, except in budget. Now a days they remain the cheapest in all activities. Why? They are many of them and magnanimous and gregarious too!
