I can register a company for 1 year old in the US with $49 in 2 minutes, so what is big deal? I can bet that they didn't program the app - objective C is far too complex for 11 years mind. Most likely parents can't register a company under their names due to job restrictions. So, well use sons for that.

These are registered youngest entrepreneurs. there are several on the streets of india, finding ways to survive. they sell new products, come up with new ideas and have little to no parental guidance. we should recognize them too!
some feel pleasure to appreciate some feel pain. The reality is fact. It's always possible from childhood if Ur parents guide U to focus on achieving goals

In India it is 18 yrs. The GBWR is probabaly still held by an Indian Suhas Gopinath who incorporated Globals Inc. in the U.S. when he was 14 ( may be in 2001) as he was not allowed to do it in India. The company is 11 yrs old, based in Bangalore and has branches in many parts of the world, it builds websites and provides IT solutions to top MNCs & state governments - Ramaswamy

Can Indian register LLC in USA from India and Do business In India? Is Address proof required? Can it be just done using a website only.

Yes you can register company in US. Search for Delaware. You can have a company in US from here. For address proofs you need to buy virtual address. You can also get a bank account in US for that company!
My business is registered in US :). Talk to your CA if you are serious.

Kids below 18 year can not registere company there own.but they can become joint shareholder under guardianship. but domain name can be register.
