Women are barging into media and business management. But how many are really creative or just managing things? Answer these questions How many woman entrepreneurs, how many woman music directors (women can sing no doubt), how many woman film directors, how many painters or artists. Women are capable of just managing.. but no 100 percent involvement. As opposed to common belief MBA actually creates managers. Women do not shine well in such roles. It takes them many years to learn and even then their sense of judgment is always wrong. They do have some advantages over men for sure but management does not seem to be woman's cup of tea for certain.
