When the company is on a down slide, these hand somely paid pilots should have been on the side of the Management agreeing for the wage cuts, forcing the top level management to go through the same. But on the contrary, they resorterd to arm twisting of the management ending up with a broken nose in the process. Their greed coupled with their twisted logic led them to tetal disaster.

Air India Pilot Strike
by navin malhotra on Jul 18, 2012 07:51 PM  | Hide replies

Dear Sir,
Air India must be firm and stick to its guns.
After going on a legally declared illegal strike - these overpaid and oversized ego bearing pilots are now trying to amend the court orders earlier by wanting to change the constitution of the committee looking into reinstatement of the sacked pilots.

These pilots who are among the highest paid in the WORLD cannot be allowed to blackmail the airline, the passengers and of course the nation - whenever they feel like it!

Fully agree with you. The cabin crew are also no less arrogant and ill behaved, try their service on international routes.
