Height of optimism-
India to become financial super power- when ?There are different versions- by 2040..by 2050 provided other countries remain same- ceteris parbus...i.e. other big economies come to standstill only great India inspired by great growth stories will grow.
Pl. show us the rosy pinky pictures and dreams otherwise it will be difficult for us to reach 2040-50

All these "optimistic" stories are generated by M M S and circulated by cheap Indian media to fool ordinary Indians so that they continue working like beasts of burden without complaining.

The way India's population is growing, there is nothing but pure misery in India's future.

Another old fool making nonsensical predictions.

There can never be Indian entrepreneurs.

Any Indian enterprise will be nipped in the bud by Cong party and its corruption.

Our home minister does not know that a bottle of water at Rs 15 i
by nitmohan on Jul 11, 2012 11:16 PM  | Hide replies

Our home minister does not know that a bottle of water at Rs 15 is purchased by common man when there is no option and he will be cursing the present government at every drop of water he is drinking. Mr Chidambaram may be thinking that water is purchased by people with pleasure. It is a shame that common basic needs are sold by the government in public places.Even for easing and for urinating you have to pay in Railway stations and bus stands. This is our government. There is no doubt that by providing facilities people should not become lazy persons. But when a railway or bus ticket is purchased by a person, he should be eligible to get every basic need of human being irrespective of his status, till he completes his journey. Even in Hotels, restaurants,Public malls people are required to shed money for relieving themselves which is beyond the control of humans in this world including world leaders. Please make it a point that public will recognize politicians as their leaders only when basic facilities are provided free of costs through out India irrespective of the status of a person at each and every nook and corner. Even in Railway Stations and Bus stands, they are looting public in the name of providing parking facility to public.Shameless government

You are confused. The point is sheer disregard of basic needs and equating it with diesel. That only either Chidu or French King will do.
