Strangely, there is no India-specific information in this article. My computer uses my ISP's DNS servers. The settings are made when I connect to the Internet. But what does my ISP use? BSNL? VSNL? Or some U.S. server? Are these organisations prepared to face the problem? How could you ignore these points?
