Govt. must stand on NO WORK-NO PAY stand. Also their salaries should be freezed for 3 years for the losses made because of the strike. Recover the loss of not flying. Better leease out the aircrafts and do the seat sharing business with other foreign airlines. Atleast some money will pour in the coffers instead of errosion of capital.
these pilots are so fearless and brazen because replacing them is next to impossible and they use this to blackmail govt each time replacing experienced widebody commanders is very difficult and retraining others is lengthy process
Air indian pilots are very hard workers, thay will work very hardly during off session & no passengers travelling time ,hands up to air india ,keep it up
This is good news but Pilot should sacked their NCP corrupt party president who has the problems for them. This corrupt NCP are fully responsible for the bedridden position of Air India. This Party NCP only used pilots for their welfare and hide their corruption during the tenure of Praful Patel Government.
was a planned move by the competitor carriers like Emirates and Etihad to name a few who had bought these pilots for a price and created this strike in order to gain the business from the middle east sector cause it is the holiday season now and if one rememebers it was last year around dis time similar strike had taken place ticket prices have not doubled but tripled due to this effect.
Whether the Hon'ble Court could have shown soft corner to other government employees or Labourers working in other establishment. Whether a symphetic attitude is being taken only because the strikers are WHITE COLLERED labourers (I meam Pilots). Strikes should be dealt severly by the Government because they are earning their salary from the subsidy paid by the government and not from their performance. They should also not be paid any higher wages until the airline comes into profit including scrapping of free flights to their relatives.
