most companies have 70% hikes for top brass, 80% of options and stock bonuses distributed among top 20-30 guys. so is this 12% hike in employees salary or 12% average hike including top brass salary hikes?
In the shipping sector, the owners say that it is recession and thus wants moratorium for three years..... means 0% increace Shipowners wake up.........

Since Two years there is no Wage Rise.... shipowners say they do not have money to pay their staff.. Seafarers have no way out and the last resort is mass agitation....... please air your views.....
The people know it best who are experiencing the problems in daily life and the employees who know it's impossible this year... So please do not fool people any more.....
