When you are not bothered about corruption in your own country and allow goons, murderers, rapists, hawala scamsters etc etc to rule you, why should Singapore have a problem with tainted money coming from a different country???

If you want to setup a business in Singapore, you can do it in 24 hours without paying any bribe to anyone, unlike India, it takes 6 months before you can even get your permission to do something.
Moreover, there is no bribe for any activity and they expect you to pay tax (lowest taxes) and expect you to be honest to their country. Anything wrong?
Why should they question their country, if your own country do not care about corruption at very high levels.
Yes it is really great to observe the facilities provided at the airport and there also you can observe queue line for Indian Airlines{Air India} for other airlines more counters are provided. For delayed flights they provide coupons which can be exchanged for snacs or drinks. Very customer friendly.
At Changi Airport,free internet surfing is for 15 minutes spell and one has to log in again after 15 minutes.I think it should be increased to 20-30 minutes to avoid quick disconnection.
Yes,it is a beautiful airport,especially we can find many beautiful women in the airport in various beautiful clothes...
There is no sickular credential to the airport as we cannot find a namaz1 hall as is found in SuvarnabhumiAirport,Bangkok.The presence of such prayer hall would have benefitted our minority brothers.But bad point in Bangkok is that you have to pay 20 ThaiBaht for 20 minutes internet surfing which is free in Singapore airport.
Another thing i like in Singapore airport is very cheap international calling cards,DamnCheap card for making ISD...
I suggest Indira Gandhi International Airport has a small temple1 so that all looters can do their last prayer before they board flight to places like mauritius with their suitcases of black money.Divine support will help them carry their money safely to the desired tax havens...
In India the central, state, district politicians looted the public funds. hence corruption so high cannot afford to run efficiently nor maintain for public. In andhra assembly proceedings since last 4 days not running adjourning, on liquor syndicate, medical scams, land scams. in TN dmk members looted and made empty chest.

You're right. I've been there during transit. It's like any fancy shopping complex. But the best part about Changi was the one-hour free tour of Singapore that they provided for transit passengers. That was fantastic! Of course that was many years ago, don't know if it happens now.
My daughter and myself were a 1st timers travelling alone to San Fransisco. I chose Singapore because of its safety and comfort. The pix above made me very nostalgic. and indeed on our return flight home, we hardly left the airport for 9 hours that we were there, though we did take the airport free tour to Singapore. We could not finish seeing the all the terminals (slide, movie theater). On reaching I had a comforting leg massage and then went travelling through the airport's 3 terminals. It was a wonderful experience.

If u had 9 hours,u could have availed the free singapore tour the airport authority provides,if it was day time upto 3 pm...
