Does Mr Montek Singh Ahluwalia think, how poor Indians eat these foodgrains when fuels/gas supply/coal/wood is not available to them at reasonable very low rates?You are Sikhs and Lunger given by community is well appreciated by all. Why do not come out with a plan where cooked food is available at very reasonable rate in villages/outer parts of cities.This will solved all food distribution problem and it will be community kitchen for all at much cheaper rate.It is strange that these so called great officers do not look at the problem to be sorted at first stance and it should not re.0ccur again.You need a set up of honest people where only women can managed these affairs and those from below povert level.
