Was the tide ever against the real estate? this over greedy governmnet, masses exploiting, with hand in glove with banks, Jamai and baby supported sector has never faced any sun set in last 8 years(excepting before 2009 elections..in past 1 year itself the prices of properties in this cancerous growth of jungle of concrete in many parts of the counry has nealy doubled itself .. that is, this all happened in adverse times a tide turning in favour means further hike of enormous size..great UPA enrich your Jamai , Baby and all the politicians and the builders lobby..as the finace minister is working overnight to create a buuble upon the bubble by propmting the banking sector to reduce the home loans rate that too undermining the NPA piling up with agent banks.

by fightagaintevils on Dec 30, 2012 11:09 PM

The truth is Indian cities dont deserve even 2000Rs psft for the amenities they provide.A japan like situation will happen in India and India will fall into deflation trap for decades.
