And Indians glaringly lack that will!

The wretched ones are much too confident that India can develop and become richer despite their extreme tolerance to corruption!

Difficult to catch up CHINA

The biggest asset of Indian public - ELECTION - is hindrance in growth. Indian Democracy and Election creating all nonsense products such as CORRUPTION, RELIGIOUS POLITICS, CASTE BASED POLITICS, UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESSES etc. etc....
Indian JUDICIARY is almost biased towards influential. Anarchy everywhere .... No proper decision and implementation are taken...,
resulting POOR GROWTH.... Difficult to catch up CHINA.

Our India

Apart from Domestic issues, India should focus on good administration from root level, we Indians have the habit of putting our needs first over service to our country.
China has got very strict anti corruption laws, in this year they hanged over 100 politicians who had proved guilty in scams, where as in India around 10 politicians had been granted bail who are accused in multi crore scams.
Though we have a big financial budget running over thousands of crores but eventually will not reach the needy, this problems need to addressed very soon and should have a clear and transparent ruling and implementation of schemes.
Majority of India media will always be pro government, in order to attain their necessitates, this practice should be curbed.
What shocking was the recent Zee news incident with Jindal company, after doing good amount of ground work on allocation of coal blocks and disorders in allocations. They finally used this stuff for black mailing.
The one and only tool which makes India super power is education.
India should make tremendous amount of progress in education sector in rural areas, so that our politicians can not easily win their votes.
