In a thickly populated country like India this scheme may not succeed.After few years one more multi crore scam may come out.Since money involved is huge government may loose control over the scheme.
Aadhaar scheme is violation of privacy. Aadhaar itself is a name created to mislead. Why not make id scheme with just one fingerprint. Retina scan is clearly unnecessary. The scheme should be implemented only after constituational amendment and privacy law. Now nobody should take it.
Do more of these ground level research! Bravo! There was an article on rediff showing how a tomato becomes twenty rupees from two rupees, or something like that! Please post it again!
