I am surprised to see some people mentioning Mumbai. Mumbai is a gutter. Have you seen it in rainy season? Have you seen the number of instrances of mosquitoes related diseases Dengue, Malaria? Mumbai is a tropical zoo. Moreover it has the most corrupt police hands down. If you dont believe me try reading the times of india and other news paper from last week. Police actually try to frame you in false cases instead of protecting you. So don't ever mention Mumbai in the elite list. It's a gutter in a 3rd world country.

Obviously European cities would top as expected.The public services and transportation are much better than north America.Wonder how they missed Tel Aviv and maybe some cities in Japan.Can't believe some morons commenting would want Bangalore and Bombay in the list.It's not about pride.Lets be honest.

For Indians Indian cities are the best for various practical reasons. And there is no scientific method to explain dat. A small example would be dat in city like bombay I can have both the worlds western and Indian.
