like private sector, make them accountable and retire them on army pattern, instead of carrying dead woods upto the age of 60.

Our citizens should adopt questioning the govt. staff when they doesnt give service. One should patiently fight for their rights. But the thing is peoples are impatient, and pay bribes for their service. THIS PRACTICE MUST BE AVOIDED.
