GoM :lost its Case Internationally (Investor's Relation)

This is in light of the Judgment Singapore Court had issued against GMR and in Favor of Male Govt.

If one can see the other side of the coin, instead (Blaming Indian Govt., any religion, and restraining ties between countries) ;

If we see GMR Past records Its one of the best pvt. led infrastructure co. ensuring a notch above and internationally talked about state of art infrastructure viz. “Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad Airport” had an expertise in making tourist feel at home while they were on the go (travelling).

It was the GoM who had not kept their words and ignored the sanctity of Contract, International Law, and Worldly Body (read World Bank) and also the Ties between Nations.

The Nation who thrives on Tourism should have cared enough to protect its area of interest and favored a sub contract on mutual approbation instead choosing a walkover in the name of “Political feud “

In case of promoting Tourism, one needs to take care of every detailed itinerary making it an Experience not by just completing basic hygiene and leave tourist stranded.

To Note: be it India/an Investors from the Land had always worked cooperating with the ruling Government improving the environment around (read: Jobs/Finance/ Infrastructure/Tie-ups) ;
referring an article from Business Line : quoted GMR was agreed to pay more than $2.5 billion over the concession period also GoM would be benefitted by $1billion through taxes and other royalties.This move
