Rediff should publish article like this. It is the right one. Pranab and Jairam created big problem for Indian Economy being hostile to Industry and stopping mining etc the result is the present condition. Global effect is say 25% and 75% created in house which is rectified by PC and MMS now. Sonia is very much part of it as Pranab and Jairam were her choice.

What does Mr. Andrew Michael Spence mean by reform will he elaborate that?

His confusion about GAAR is legitimate. Indian policy maker especially the economic ones...behave like magicians and tries to pull out rabbits from hats.

Magical amusement is good , but let these stand alone policymakers behave in unison to public wisdom and demands.

Things are to be introduced after through consultations.

After all he is working on swindling our coffers. So it would be more appropriate for him to be finance minister.
