MONEY GOING DOWN THE DRAIN
by SRIDHAR RAGHUNATHARAO on Aug 15, 2012 10:20 AM

How many times Government has bailed out AI by pumping thousands of crores of Rupees as package cost for revival ? This money is from general public's tax paid money and what return on these huge investments the Government has got back such that it could be reinvested on other developmental projects? AI in this particular case and most of other CPSU's in general are only meant as gadgets for making money by the respective minister in charge of the concerned ministry and hence no point in brooding over failures and losses. These, and all packages of revivals are just the drains where people's money are flushed out
