I think you are mistaken mangesh!
These type of murals is a separate school of art. Ravi Varma's art is slightly westenised figures, instead of purely mythical.

Going by what can be seen all across North and South India, it can be easily guessed that the North Indian dhotis are much more often shabbieer and smmellier than South Indian lunkis!

Amol buddy, congratulations you have qualified as the classic literate but uneducated RESIDENT NON INDIAN, heard of Buddhism, Nalanda University, Madhubani Paintings, et al Bihar is one of the few states that has rich diverse and ancient history of knowledge and culture, apart from some states whose only claim to fame seemed to have been a medieval king who stole and plundered from people of other states.

Saikat

You are right but except Madhubani paintings one, all others are Jharkhand now. That's why I didn't say much because it's the Jharkhand which is the core part of so called Bihar.

It is not about how smart you are but how we can inform the rest of the uninformed. These type of quiz will help a lot of people who are otherwise not familiar with these things.
