CLASS 12TH PASS WELCOME..IT IS LIKE DESTROYING...
by Jamal on Aug 02, 2012 11:47 PM  | Hide replies

Friend,
How can we think of this outsourcing companies, being welfare oriented....
1.A 12th pass guy is being welcomed for job...when it is the crucial year of his study...
2.During this time,a student makes a choice for his career...
3.Lure the boys with job in bpo..utlimately he gets lost...
INITIALLY WHAT HAPPENS...
1.A 12th pass guy joins, just based on the communication skill, and he stops himself, from regular study..and the time rolls on....
2.It is late when he realises...and later no enhancement of his skill..
3.Lastly he is with no good education,he worked where no value has been added to him...he keeps it lamenting..and all out frustration...rules his...

Sincere advise..it is individual choice,no can stop anyone..but think it wisely and on priority of your situation....DONT GO FOR A SHORT TERM GAIN...

THINK OF ANY WORK,AFTER COMPLETING YOUR STUDY...THE YOUTH MATTER FOR OUR COUNTRY...

did you know the condition of the youth in terms of employment before BPO and IT markets emerged, just don't talk rubbish...i still remember even post graduates were ready to do a job of a peon and security in govt and pvt firms...people were hired only on the basis of shifaris and bribes..which still happens in the interiors of India and govt and banking jobs..IT and BPO has at least made the HR arena a bit competitive, increased the GDP and at made a decently educated people get a decent job which has increased the standard of living in the country..and fyi student still have choices of working and complete their studies at the same time which makes them more independent..BPO and IT was an absolute boon to our country..and please don't get jealous if you were thrown on the 1st round of interview in a BPO

For each click, Rediff makes some money and hence it is published here across 20 clicks. I'm confused as to why they stopped at only top 20 companies and not top 100 or top 1000 companies?!!
