It is natural for them to look away , that is why Indian govt has to keep the enthusiasm and motto up and running to keep Infra projects moving
For the moment ,it seems FDI in retail is kept aside ,Congress says it will get it back at some point
Real point is neither Congress or its allies are thinking about Infra sector
DELHI - MUMBAI industrial corridor was first mooted in 2006-2007 that is almost 5-6 years ago Japanese committed to the project fortunately with some 4-5 billion us dollars
any other country in place of India ,whether Gulf (like qatar or oman or even sub saharan africa ) will pounce on the opportunity and will just go ahead
somehow DELHI - MUMBAI is strangled because ,there is elections and everything else must wait until results come
But unfortunately for Congress ,results are not in its favor ,nor they favor BJP ,instead all these regional players SP,TMC,AIADMK are ruling the roost
then both BJP and Congress have started popular politics to woo their alliances and both forgot about Economy and infra projects
Now some Ruchir Sharma wrote a book and NDTV pranav roy made it a show ,all have started to notice the economy again
ECONOMIC ENGINE is most important and should not be turned off
if u do ,then to restart that engine is like some old Dodge lorry getting started with the help of a few villagers pushi

Ofcourse the Dodge lorry is on its way at 6 am to the nearby sugarcane field where labour and cane farmer are all waiting from 4 am itself in that winter morning
But as usual the JUGAD DODGE LORRY will arrive only at 7 am after the sun has risen slowly puffing smoke and honking with heaps of dust trail behind it
INDIAN govt especially Congress which is notorious political party seems to think Indias economy is like a old dodge lorry that can be switched off and at some point switched back ,with some pushing from behind
But reality rest of the world is moving at a faster pace Chinese have already shifted from dodge to speed fast track train and somewhere they are already moving between beijeing to shanghai
Gaps exist between - Indian industry and central govt as many infra projects are pending
for example ---------- there is no shortage of MONEY for DELHI - MUMBAI industrial corridor Japanese committed 4-5 billion US dollars and others like GUJARAT state govt is keen ,it is central govt that should put the project on front pedestal and start it as soon as possible
Indian private sector will follow ,if we do we can ask Private sector to induct YOUTH from so called Red Corridors to work on these projects - as the project encompasses - a couple of states like Madhya Pradesh Uttar Pradesh Delhi Gujarat Maharastra etc ,it has scope to create construction and railway jobs(Freight line)
State govts plus NGOs plus private sector can come together to recruit and train with skills and absorb those red corridor Youth Since UIID project is now mature ,we can issue those cards to these migrant workers and also deliver services
The above will stimulate the Economy
2.FDI in retail ---- while BJP and others opposed and govt back tracked It is also a golden opportunity for GOVT to use Delhi Mumbai industrial corridor project to get Cold storage ,power plants and freight corridor up and running
In that way FDI in retail after DELHI - MUMBAI industrial corridor Phase 1 implemnetation is complete can be opened as a phased manner with infrastructure in place (dedicated freight corridor .logistics park etc) which are accessed by Local Kirana owners

3.Not adequate importance to induct and train youth as Panchayat level officers or staff or muncipalities is in place
SO indian industry leaders are feeling that CENTRAL GOVT is not doing what needs to be done to get the economy and investements happening
while Govt of the day is busy analysing its electrol performance and seat sharing
since Indias National Parties are no longer ruling states ,but coalition partners
more time is spent on SEAT SHARING sharing ministeries and power and working out electrol strategies
Naturally Indian industry will start to get alarmed and that is when GOVT needs to step in and allow INFRA PROJECTS and others to take off putting National interests first
Govt of INDIAs responsibility to see that CAPITAL does not flow elsewhere ,it has to work out with industry to be invested here in India
DR MMS cannot keep saying coalition dharma or politics even after being PM for almost 7 years
UPA 1 AND UPA 2 two successive terms ,that is 10 years in total
In comparision president Obama only got one 5 years ,and we do not know what happens next in USA yet he is measured very thoroughly in these 5 years
But UPA govt after 7 years of rule just cannot keep projects at bay and figure out electrol alliances
unfortunately National interests should come first
But that seems not to be the case as Congress is grand old daddy of Indian politics
there will be always people dissecting the story and giving their opinions ---- Here in west ,I have seen some predict(or speculate) very soon CHINA will crash
INDIAs case I Think ---- i)People are used to tough times and work hard and save ,so this will save India
ii)Looks like we are also maturing Technologically - For example DRDO perceived by many as some kind of GOVT sect enterprise has delivered - LCA TEJAS - Initial operationala Clearance done and on way to Final Clearance LCA TEJAS NAVAL version - just started the tests (with MODIFICATIONS) ISRO - seems to be getting better and better every day so do others like BHEL etc
Ok now we all know Indian IT sector by the private players
Business cycles go and updown
But we know ISRO can deliver ,we also know DRDO is capable ,we know BHEL can make GAS TURBINES etc ,we also know we can make TATA NANO ,water swatch Filter ,etc
so when we know our strengths and weakness
so what are our WEAKNESESS ------ Still some Indians who are supposedly in the privilege positions think (in terms of societal heirarchy think) ,they posses more intelligence and those who are at lower strata are not so intelligent
so we see messages about QUOTA engineers etc
there is no QUOTA engineers ,it is only in our Minds

n win seats ---- while regional parties want to keep their bastions with their agenda
some others want seat sharing arrangements
since UP,TN AND WEST BENGAL ,PUNJAB etc all have been captured by State regional parties like TMC,SP,AKALIS,etc
National parties like Congress and BJP have to do - seat sharing - magic number arthimetic moreover Money and other distributions
so who will be thinking of ---- i)Pura Projects ii)Delhi - Mumbai industrial corridor iii)Muncipal and Panchayat system
While ISRO has expertise and put a couple of satellites
there is a huge gap to get the data upto Panchayat level and use it because panchayats and muncipal councils - need trained manpower and funds to use the satellite data and help the village economy
Manmohan sing has to answer why dragged down the growth of the country. For last 3 years he is not working in PM seat. Is he bullied by Americans or Sonia Gandy for any reasons.
Having done a good finance jobs for 40 years, he has now made himself and this deserving citizens loosers. Why what is the truth.
Our biggest weakness is that we allow porkistanis to be the tallest leader of the opposition party. This porkistani leader will criticise and insult Mahatma Gandhi and pay rich tribute to Jinnah. Inspite of having enough evidence of Advani being a murderer and corrupt leader, He is still ruling the country.

* india loosing FDI ( projects,services..) orders due to high cost of production , salary rise demand , high salary cost, hi rate employee attrition
* high rate HI TECH employee attrition is due to seeking higher salary, pay increment higher than their counterparts GOVT babus (Avg Salary ~1Lakh/per month )
* high IT salary demand is due to (1) high cost of real estate, skyrocketing retail price , high cost of living in IT cities (2) at par GOVT JOBS salary incrementS (even a Govt teacher, clerk, staff now gets average 50,000/per month IN VILLAGES ALSO !! )
* every housewife dreams own house, land of its own . saves, invests to buy own home,land and risks spending all hard earned money
* high cost of living in city is directly driven by sky rocketing real estate , apartment , land , plots price
* sky rocketing real estate price is due to GOVT babus corruption backed by goondhas, misnisters, MLAs , MPs, police, poltics. party ......

when he was arrested in the midnight by jayalaltha govt.'s police officers, karunanidhi, quit the NDA alliance as he felt that NDA did not do much to allivate his sufferings even though he and his party were their supporters. her mistake brought back him to power and put her to opposition bench.
now the table turned again. his former ministers in the central cabinet are under cloud and one is in jail for more than a year, and his daughter was also jailed for a considerable time. his minister's deed or sliding reputation brought defeat to him and his party and may also put the success of congress in doubt. and jaya lalitha has returned to power!
but he supports the congress to hilt!
politics makes strange bedfellows!
lesson: in politics one has to seize the opportunity and grab it with both hands and do not slide it to ground. do not worry about the results! it is cyclical!
and it also proves that the BJP grows from dumb to dumber and reasons for their inability to succeed!
