It would be sort of mistake that was committed by the Communists in W.Bengal. For every Industrial units they forced management to employ the localites & CPM cadres, irrespective of actual requirement & calibre. This eventually forced many units to withdraw from the state.

You don't worry about sons of soil issue with Sharad Pawar, the richest politician after Sonia Gandhi. He is only bothered about himself and his daughter. He has taken up this issue for getting something for his pocket
