Good effort
by blogger on Sep 20, 2011 07:02 AM

Its a good effort, to eliminate slums in india. Instead of giving it for free, government should collect atleast half the amount, so that they can build more flats for other poors in india. Government should uplift the poor and make them consumer. That is the only permanent solution for this. Creating jobs is better than giving freebies

Ambedkar demanded reservation based on the distribution of population. According to this every group has it's representation. But the higher caste people trying to deroute the attention by calling this as "lack of opportunity for talented". But honestly giving opportunity to the talented alone will benefit the soceity in what way?, you will just have monopoly. Even giving opportunity to all the intellectuals and make them earn money will improvise the social status of the country?
Also making all the intellectuals getting a job, whom are you going to compete with another country, while you will have so many people lagging monetary and intellectually..
