How can TRAI say there is no loss due to 2G spectrum allotment by previous Telcom Minister A Raja. For companies that where not eligible or do not fulfill the criteria should have their spectrum seized and auctioned. Lets try this suggestion once and We will then know how much the worth of spectrum alloted by Raja really was. What is the reason to recommend spectrum auction for 3G but not for 2G. iDEA is having no licence to operate 3 G services in Mumbai as well as Delhi but they share bandwidth with reliance and make money making loss to goverment and this 3 G scam is much bigger and complicated than 2 G now
