"The cash discount can be anything between 1 per cent and 3 per cent of the price of the property.

This means if a property is priced at 30 lakhs (Rs 3 million), the cash discount can be anywhere between Rs 100,000 and 300,000."

Please dont do this type of mistake... this is not even chidish....:)

I am looking for 2BHK in Western suburbs(not beyond Malad) . My budget is 35 to 40 lacs(max) . The house/flat should be close to the railway station . Does anybody have any clue of availability of such flats ?
