Jasmine becoming Rose!
by Kannan on Oct 30, 2011 06:19 AM

While the symptoms appear to be all there even in the developing countries, the difference in the profile of the so called 'financial sector' could be the saviour for them. The epidemic seems to be "benefit by speculation" without tangible production and consequential contribution to the national economy.

America will not recover

if financial people are thinking that USA will recover soon, its their day dream. In US there are no younger generation who are working and generating revenue for the government. They are simple milking all the benefits given by their government without generating revenue for the country. US Government is simply printing the dollar without value creation. It cannot go long, If all other countries scraps, dollar for international transaction, US economic crisis will explode automatically and dollar doesn't carry anymore value in the market. US will become as just as a scrap in the whole world. America's economic crisis is in the hand of BRIC Countries now, only they are generating national revenue generation and controlling the world market. If China stops accepting Dollars, thats the end of US. China has already more than 3 trillion dollar in its forex reserve. If they release all these dollars into the market, DHOOOOOOOOOM.

Seems YOU need to learn not just economics, but primary school stuff too.

However erratic the way vishu put it, what he said is CORRECT.

There is no productive investment in US for over two decades - it is only bubble after bubble. Tech bubble, Housing bubble, Finance bubble... all founded on speculative investment.

What vishu did not say, but is still CORRECT is the fact that
GAME IS UP for US. It will disappear as a world leader within a matter of a decade.

India has a G.D.P of 1 trillion dollars and percapita income of 800US$. In another 10 Years the G.D.P will double to 2 trillion as India is growing at 7%. The percapita income would be 1500 US$. by 2031 India will have G.D.P of 4 trillion and population of 1.4-1.5 billion. Hence the per capita income would be 2750 US$. We will be recognized as a superpower and a Middle Income country by the Year 2031.
