White collar crime in the US is dominated by the likes of large investment banks, financial wizzards, hedge funds and all of the get away with it, except Mr. Rathnam.

How is it possible that the likes of Citi, GS, Morgan etc having committed the grossest of crimes leading to the 2008 financial crisis can sweep aside all wrongdoings by paying blood money in the billions and Mr. Rathnam get's it below the belt. Unfair.

As for the Indian folks, I am sure it does not matter they are Indians or Asians from the other world, as long as you are an immigrant, you are easy prey.

Respect the fact that he did not rat on Mr. Gupta, given his logic that he has four daughters. Highly respect it - be a crook, but be a good crook; I am sure when he comes out after his time is done, he will be able to slide get back to his work and be successful. I wish he was not barred from conducting business in the future - logic, if the likes of those banks can do business and get away with it all, he should not be punished in the same vein.
