Ravi has a company but it is so partial.. they recruit only Keralites and non-muslims. these guys leave and enjoy lavish life in gulf countries and on the other hand they hate the religion, land and the people of gulf. so saying that he is the biggest employer of INDIANS is incorrect. It should be biggest employer of KERALITES and MALLUS. so cannot be AMBANI of Gulf.

can u explain what is keralite and mallu.
this guy is a multi-billionaire. he has 3 rolls royces. one in kerala the other two in the middle east. he owns hotels and runs huge companies with over 60,000 employess under him. what about him is different from the scores of other people who try to make it big in kerala or overseas and subsequently fail? i refuse to believe its got anything to do with religion or hard work. and as for personality and charisma, lets face it, this dude is not the most eloquent, aristocratic person who has lived. (no offence). what is that one factor that made him a humongous success while others have fallen away midway?
it has been found as a real ethics in business as what todays business peoples need to know that how to provide or help others by giving various kinds of jobs in middle east. best wishes
The story of these people is a love-hate and happy-sad. Many of them dream of landing in dubai so that they can have a salary that will support the demands of their kith and relatives. Almost all of these people who move to gulf are of the kind who spend very profusely on social functions like marriages ,child birth, ceremonies etc and do so very regularly. Their life is defined by ther rapport with relatives and friends. Typically an average gulf goer who is impoverished has a dream of having a snug home equipped with home theater and other commercial goods etc , that provide the cushion as they expect to spend every weekend with their relatives watching their favourite movies and munching foreign chocolates and biscuits. Their only pre-occupation tends to be with relatives and friends. Inorder to support these expectations they loan out money and land in gulf through consultants. Some of them some how succeed in getting a job but some unable to bear the emotional expectations succumb to diseases. But even those who get a job, there tend to to use extremely unlawful modes of sending money back home like hawala networks, that has created a flourishing terror industry back home. They explain this by saying that their only pre-occupation is dispatching money back home and law and order is not their priority. This has created a deplorable condition involving terror groups.
