He says "I provide food to my employees 3 times a day......... hahhahahahhahahaha , almost each company in gulf region either provides 3 meals a day or food allowance. Actually he & his company are the biggest violators of the human rights.

Dude ...it's just an expression in Malayalam.Just 'Coz you don't understand a culture...doesn't mean it's wrong. Also FYI...there are multiple "companies" in the "gelf" who deny basic Human Rights to blue collar employees...In that context his statement can be interpretted differently

u read in between the lines my friend....he meant "free" food....who gives in India along with salary....may be BPOs and Call Centres - yes, but again they squeeze you for 14-16 hours a day, pay you less and then give you SODEXHO passes for either breakfast or lunch or dinner....!!!

Dude if you want to have real feel of his company, just pay a visit to Jubail City in Saudi Arabia, you will get know what kind of injustices they are meting out to the poor workers from India & Nepal. Employees are beaten up black n blue by their saudi employees and kept as hostage in the far away desert farms which speaks volumes of their criminal nature. Get the facts right & then comment.

1,000 of them

There are 1,000's of Ambanis like him in the Gulf alone. There are 1,000's more in Far East, Europe and the USA. Though I applaud Ravi Pillai's success as an enterpreneur, but if you include all the others, you will be amazed.
