Bangla Desh refugees need not worry if there is any problem with climate change. Indian government, in particular Congress will be too happy to accommodate them in India and give them free citizenship, ration card and voters ID, for them to survive and loot further.
There are some countries in Africa who have abundance of mineral resources and some costly resources like Gold, Diamond still they lives below poverty; the reason is that the developed countries exploits them; the companies of these countries basically do mining and take the whole cream of this resources leaving the area as poor; The situation is same as when the OIL reserves were found in the Gulf countries and the western countries used to take out OIL on their own terms and condition; actually the whole Gulf countries owes Gaddafi of Libya for the current richness and development; he is the one who stood against the Shell and other OIL companies to take out OIL on his condition and which was followed by the Gulf resulting in the development of these countries; I hope some Gaddafi like person stood in Africa also which will benefit the countries and thus contribute to the removing of poverty;

The African country in which such looting of resources by the western powers is most outrageous is Congo.
Congo has the dubious distinction of being extremely rich in gold, diamond, copper, etc. while at the same time having more than 85 % of its population living in abject poverty with all the attendant ills of deprivation !
The countires responsible for the climate changes are Americas and the Europe. And the countries that will bear the brunt are the poor countires of North Africa and South-East Asia.
Peak oil will be bigger problem than climate change in the not so distant future. India will suffer more from the aftermath of peak oil than climate change
