this is the apt suggestion to explain the criticality of the situation. No section of India should be treated specially as this would encourage that section to take the country for ransom,as we have been witnessing so long right after the Britishers rule.

Students have thought about these ideas, perhaps not knowing that at least 50% of the above ideas and equipment are already available on the market.
Before the waste time they should research their idea if it is not available elsewhere in the world.
Foldable water bottle are available and used in photographers mostly known as concertina bottles.
Fold able & Portable multipurpose device that can be used as chair, hammock, table, stairs are available in any good garden furniture center worldwide.
Easy car cover have been around for many years both fordable ad rigid plastic which fold away in one pile when not in use, just park your car and fold out over the car.
Troller with fold able luggage carrier, Look out for Sholly trolly available world wide.
System to prevent drunken drivers from driving are also available in many countries.
Auto diagnosis machine are also available in the west.
Pipe cleaning device in many shapes and sizes are available and mostly used by commercial companies.Including with video cameras for inspection and high pressure washing systems.
We just pour casuistic soda mixed in hot water and poured down the drain it clears all blockages.
Innovation they may be for India but some of them will not catch up in the world.
Still good luck to them.

let dreams not be shattered and numbed by the corrupt system
by anurartha venkataraman on Nov 17, 2011 10:08 PM

So heartening and wish the corrupt nepotistic system actually does not impede such bright minds and numb them into coolies who will do BE-BTech and be stripped of creativity. They will tire as they climb the scientific bureaucracy. Such people in conjunction with first-rate original sociologists and economists are the future of a country that wants to prosper. Without fear without sifarish without sycophants and just bright minds working on paper napkins to build tomorrows! If it had been a country like china these children would be specially picked and trained with single minded purpose to leverage all their talents. The biggest disappointment that people who have won such awards have found out is the lack of recognition[the rice innovation is so useful and can be a commercial success and fund the child's education without taxing the poor family] and what they end up doing had no relation to their childhood dreams. If corruption is not fought everything is a waste even these artifacts made by small innocent hands!
