no we arent , we used to be, not any more.it is shameful that people 4000 years ago had better facilities than us.we are lazy uncultured barbarians.
How come Singapore is not in the List . Singapore is considered to be one of the safest and cleanest country in the world, almost corrupt free nation. It is a true Cosmopolitan country (City). Singapore is considered to be the best Business friendly environment. It takes less than a week to start any business in Singapore, a country with good Governance.

Iceland rich? They dont have money to pay for the utilities. Heavy borrower from EU and an average Icelander has to live 121 years to pay his country's debt.
