It should also develop good relations with China. Keep USA and UK at arms length. They have destroyed more Nations than saved!!
Pakistan has granted the "most favoured nation" to India in terms of sending militants and butchering the Indian population which is the easiest because of its close proximity and because Pakistan favoures India because of its non-retaliatory character and also what Pakistan does to the Indian people are unanimously accepted by the Parliamentary politicians in India.
