Chinese are pragmatic and keep low profile even China is a country that is the 2nd largest economy and has US$ 3 trillion cash in hands.

China is amongst the emerging economies and without a strong voice they cannot meet their objective which is to make the Yuan (RMB) tradeable in the marketplace.
