Poor 3G network
by rajeev srivastava on May 26, 2011 09:22 AM

Airtel has very poor 3G network coverage. Most of the time one is on Edge network . So the talk of launching iphone4 by them is only hype. They should establish 3G network first before talking about high end phone launch.

Its better to buy iphone 3GS as indias network has just become 3rd generation and 3GS offers much more than people need to utilize the 3G network. Also its build quality is better than iphone4 which also had antenna issues in countries like the US.

Is this a news?

This is not a news. People are talking about upcoming iPhone 5 now and Apple is yet to launch iPhone 4 in India. Apple neglects and insults Indian buyers. Considering Apple products are too expensive for Indian customers, those who are willing to pay that high price deserve better treatment from Apple. Media houses shouldn't publish stories when Apple launches backdated technology in India.

iPhone 4 an epic fail? Look at their sales numbers. I completely agree that there was a big issue with their antenna but that didnt put a dent on its sales and popularity.
