TATA'S low cost Housing Plan
by pankaj parikh on Jul 17, 2011 12:46 PM

Wonderful.Instead of Government it is TATA Group taking the lead.No doubt they would succeed as is the case with NANO. Real blessings would come from millions of homeless.Think of an India where a person has to spend the first 30/40 years of life only in buying a modest home. Yes with roof on the head an educated Indian can start his life at the age of 20/24.Will it not change the whole economy? Best of luck to Ratan Tata. Sir by doing this you are advancing an ordinary youth's carrier by 10 to 15 years. Nohing comparable to this in terms of visible/invisible benefits. Finally and sadly we have a government to Non-Govern. Once I saw few of the navy people in a que for collecting forms for low housing from MAHADA. Is it what we are offering to our soldiers?People have forgotten to expect anything from government except non governance. So a real real good luck to country's RATAN-TATA,

Tata philosophy
by Rivka Mishra on Jul 17, 2011 12:23 PM

Even if the actual cost escalates 4-fold, it will still benefit millions in our country.

No other group other than Tata has the ability, leave alone having the intention, to come up with ideas and put them into practice.

positive thought
by mashokan on Jul 16, 2011 04:52 PM

if they have the idea let them try out it. nothing to criticise about it.if man thinks he can do something good for the fellow being god is always there to help him.all technologies and innovations took place in this world to help the mankind but diverted to make and mint money. you think anything you can make it. everything takes place in the mind and mind imaginate the things and finaly with the liittle bit effort imagination takes the shape of your thought. this is what we are calling achievement. thinking is very good for the mankind if it is in a positive way and when profit becomes main motive everything go hayware and loots starts taking place. god created abundence wealth in this world to let humans enjoy a better life but misused and overused the elements to maximum extend and called technological advances in the language of corrupt persons.any this nano house is a good idea but how it takes shape let us watch and see.

Bush for Toilet
by Dipak Bose on Jun 14, 2011 06:36 PM

Where is the toilet in this design or does this Guru wants everyone to do what Lallu Yadav does: go to the Bushes or sit down along the railway lines?

This Guru possibly want this house to be made by cardboard boxes, as the millions of homeless people do, on the free pavements.

Management Gurus are Garbages
by Dipak Bose on Jun 14, 2011 06:31 PM

Management should not be a subject. Business schools in USA only do chating in their MBA classes, as there is nothing there in Management at all. MBAs do not know any accountancy or any other subjects beyond a very low level. Their Gurus or Professors always talk non-sense.
Why is it not possible for this Guru to try out his $300 House for 45 or so million homeless people in USA first, who are staying now in cardboard boxes along the pavements and parks.

Does this Guru has any solutions for the homeless in USA?

Not a house but a small timber garden shed may be.
$300 will not even buy a piece of land let alone build a house.
This man is talking out of his azz hole.
