When compared with TCS,HCL the owner's equity is very less in Infosys.Most of its shares are being held being held by non-promoters.So,nothing surprise in Murthy's claims.The main question still remain unanswered is INFOSYS has not done any social responsibilities in which it operates,earn money.If we take other IT companies ,they do have some social response unlike Infosys.

during recession, when all CEOs are cutting their salary TCS CEO took a major pay hike.
People who are delayed in giving promotion are never compensated
I know lot of messages in this discussion board will start that infy is great , infy is worst and etc.But we should not forget how much it contributed not only through money but keeping india as a brand.We are all reaping the benefits of great vision by NRN and other co founders.Ofcourse there are other companies as well.But let us congratulate the infy and wishing it great future ahead.
