The Comments are eye opener. We never bother about any ethics. We treat our employees as slaves.They are being paid for their technical professional skill. But don''t make them toil like labour. This culture of white coller slavery will make the Indian Socity made. Why only Indians act too smart. Be natural. Don''t try to extract more than expected. The poor boys are already sincere ,why force them to toil for completing a few days before for the boss to take a simple credit. Stop the race to prove smarter.
And TCS is known to forge employees' resumes while trying to depute them at onsite.
It happened with me when they forced to apply for Marks and Spencer at London.
Marks and Spencer uses a database (VLDB) called M204. There are not many M204 resources in the job market.
TCS was desperate to get this deal. They forged my resume to make it as if I had worked in M204 for more than a year whereas I had only 1 month experience in it.
All these are s h i t companies & most are media friendly rather than employee. its all becoz of money power they get these type of surveys to hype. how much did rediff got to publish this??????
Whatever the employee wants, they do just the reverse. If you ask for an overseas project, they will keep you in a domestic one. If you need to stay in India, they will push you to go overseas. On overseas also, if you want short term, they will give you long term and vise versa.
Recently i have come across the case of two young employees working in same project of TCS.They intended to marry each other and since too many deadlines are scheduled during the period of their proposed leave the leave was denied. I do not think anyone can appreciate this.
Why Reliance Communication is bracketed with thelikes of Infosys,Wipro,TCS etc?Rel Com came out with public issue st Rs380/= and now its going price is about Rs80/= only and it has no bottom line at all to declare a dividend.
It is really shocking to see HDFC Bank as is ranked second. I do not know the criteria for judging. My friend who left Bank's services recently is of the opinion is that the Management of HDFC Bank is most inhuman to its employees, which he had come across. He had served four Banks before joining this Bank.
These are the worst managed cos. spending public money & spoiling youngsters with big salaries & retrenching them at any moment. Where are the more disciplined manufacturing cos here. I do not understand what rediff wants to prove here.
