All Indian private companies treat their workers as slaves. Some are highly paid slaves, but slaves nonetheless. They don't even give them LTCs, which all government organizations give. Nor do they give them leaves. Just pay them well and then make them work like slaves, is their motto.

same is hecase with US companies. My nephews/ nieces work there - say 12 hrs a day, get paltry 10 to 15 days annual leave! Please do not compare with Govt employees. Govt employees get 200 days leave in an year, come to office at 11 am and chitchat, gossip, eat food, drink two/3 cups of tea, read magazines and go at 4 pm. No work is done in govt offices except when u pay gratis.

I am in US too. Do not spread misinformation.
In US weekends are 2 days. That means you get 52 extra off-days in a year in US!
And, people stick to 9-5 working hours. If any extra work is done you get extra payment at OT rates! Only third world companies like TCS WIPRO INFOSYS make their employees work like donkeys (unproductive work) without paying any extra wages, like they do in India and other third world countries. Meaningful productive work is done only in the proper working hours.
Your nephews may be working for such companies, or they are being exploited. They have recourse to US laws. Recognition of of worker rights is one of the cornerstones of USA's success.
this report is based on impressions of investors and analysts. Ask the employees and you will know how well managed they are. Some of these companies follow the worst and most unethical and exploitative employee related policies
