Fund scrutiny only not enough
by Krishna V on May 17, 2011 04:19 PM  | Hide replies

Govt of India needs to do something it will never do, see how the money meant for christian organizations or churches is actually spent.
Christianity is fading in the western world and hence the church is looking for followers in the east (India etc)...there4 they are using all illegal means to convert people.

The only way west can dominate over countries like India is by religion, therefore conversions and religious terrorrism in the garb of territorial supremacy is important, hence we have the terrorism in NE India....

All the above has to be scrutunized....but thatnks to obscene bribes given by christian organization to the medias, barkha dutts, seetalvads and ngos, bhatts and congressis....these things will never come in main stream media.

Didn't you notice the names of some 'hindu' organisations too in the list of top donors ??

What about them ?

How are they really different from the christian donors ?

The donations that come for the missionary activities in india are used for anti natioanal activities .eg. terrorism in NE India, unfair means of conversions (force, enticement, anti-hindu propoganda), further people whoc are converted are advise not to officialy register themslves as christian so that they continue to get benefits meant for backward classes....

But there are an equal number of reports without evidence that some of the money given by PIOs to Indian charities are used to fund the strong arm methods of the RSS !

RSS is not an anti-national organization....it is surprisning that you do not see any difference between antional activities sponsored by the church and "strong arm methods". It is due to hindu tolerance including (RSS etc) that these xtian anti national elements survive in India...you know what happened in pakistan ...

As far as I know (and care), both the christian organisations as well as the muslim organisations as well as the RSS and other hindu bodies steal directly or indirectly or aid or abet other big time thieves in stripping the nation of more and more of its taxes and resources !!

There is absolutely no difference at all between hindu or muslim or christian religious orgnaisations in this matter, absolutely none !

And each of these organisations keeps deafeningly silent on the issue of theft and corruption while braying upto the heavens in the loudest possible voice about alleged 'religious imbalances' !!

The commoner ought to give a damn about religion (of any kind) and ought to directly round up and skin alive any of these religious hounds who tries to hide their theft and intentions of theft or intentions of supporting corruption under the garb of 'relgious activities' !!

You mentioned that the RSS is a 'national' organisation. The only truly patriotic activity that any commoner with a modicum of commonsense would care for is effective action against corruption !

As long as the RSS or the christian or muslim bodies remains conveniently silent about addressing corruption head on, all of them belong to the same vile lot !!

Author has intention of depriving the little what the poor people get through the NGO's. 1000's are receiving support, education, medical and other facilities through them. Since, the author is so knowledgeable person, why he is not working to stop corruption in India, so that the poor of India can have a decent life. Author must be know that India has the highest number of POOR PEOPLE in the world. Will the GOVT look after these people and give a humane treatment?

It's good that your intentions are noble, however, just thinking from the heart will not help in this regard.
I've heard of NGO's who have no estabilishment in India but get lots of money from Europe. This money is all for the so called people running the NGO.
If money is coming in, it should be properly utilized. It should not be used to promote or propogate a particular religion or belief

According to the figures here, there are a few questions that need answers. Some people are making a lot of money at the cost of the poor people in India. An article like this will help spread the message around. It is up to us to decide. It is upto the government to act.

As far as the author is concerned, he is doing his bit by giving out details of the money that is flowing in. It is our collective responsibility to weed out corruption.

A TV channel will report a controversy or a massacre. But it will be foolish to expect the TV channel to stop whatever is happening. For that we have the police, CBI and other forces.

It is evident that many christian agencies donate huge amounts for missionary activities in India, yes.

But what about the not so less number of 'hindu' organisations based in the US and elsewhere (made up chiefly of Indian immigrants to those countries and who apparently have no intention of ever coming back) who donate comparably huge sums to promote their own version of 'religion' in India ??

How is that really different from the christian or the muslim donations ?
