Just because the car has a boot space...does it qualify as a sedan...I simply don't find the sedan like comfort while seating in the backseat of Dzire. It is my personal opinion, others may have their own view.

Even TATA Nano much better thn cheap/ ugly dezires which feels like some local engineer has done the job just adding ugly boot to swifts...lol lol
That skoda seems like a car, that needs to be taken seriously. Skoda , for some unknown reason, is looked upon by the indian consumer as a luxury brand, which is not the case for the company globally. Having said that, that would be a huge advantage in marketing a car which looks like a million dollars ( always a consideration in the indian market), comes from a brand which is associated with a slightly upper class than entry level sedn owners (which is important in the status conscious indian psyche`), WILL perform absolutely like a dream (no questions about skoda's priorities there), reasonable dealer network (which gets the smaller cities in picture too) and above all, if the pricing is aggressive (unlike, skoda's other 'pricier' models)... this one is gonna be a winner. DZire's of the world, your time is up !!

the main problem with skoda is that the maintainence is too costly.... otherwise everything is good about this car...

Overall performance : acceptable features : good milege : 17.5 km /l Diesel actual in City with full time AC price: costlier by 1L compare to others in this segment.
