Her first achievement is to throw away all the cheque-drop boxes from ATMs causing lot of problems/trouble to the customers. Now one has to travel to the bank branch for dropping the cheques. I am thinking of closing my all accounts with ICICI Bank including the Credit Card Account if the drop boxes in ATMs are not re-installed.

Lol, in LKR its 17.50 lacs (1.75 Million) dude! And we know who live in slums and where in the world! Sri Lanka has either rich or poor people. India is still balanced.

ICICI is just a name now a days. no customers, can see more staffs than customers in each bank except cash counters where four counters, only one operating at slow process. whenver go server down.....

They are in 21st century with best e-banking. I use ICICI bank and have not gone to the branch more than once in a year. Everything can be done online or at ATM.
If you are backward and still living in 20th century, then go to SBI, IOB, and other sarkari banks.
Maybe your children will be literate enough to use modern facilities.

I think she deserves what she got and no one has right to judge her. She has really turned around ICICI bank from the recession in 2008. Excellent work by her.
